3. Right to Object and Deletion of Data

Users have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If a user withdraws consent, they may also request the deletion of their personal data. In such cases, the controller (see Section 1 of this Privacy Policy) must be contacted, and deletion will be handled by the designated administrative contact.

5. Use of ILIAS and Consequences of Non-Processing of Personal Data

For users who do not wish their personal data to be processed in ILIAS, the platform cannot be used. For students, this may impact participation in certain courses or events.

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in ILIAS under Article 22(1) and (4) GDPR.
